The best women sales people have a very different than the men that manage them. Most male managers don't have a clue how to manage women. Women want to be accurate, don't want to play games, talk in stories and want to be listened to; they don't like a command and control environment; they want a lot of coaching and training; doesn't sound like most showroom floor environments
