When following up with unsold showroom buyers,  start the deal fresh and let the objections come from the buyer.  Be careful not to jump directly into the old objection.Start the deal fresh!   Let the objections come from the buyer, things might be different from the time you are calling from when they left the dealership.  If we knew EVERYTHING we likely would have made the deal before they left.  See More
