Excellent use of visualization. I used to try and add a little humor when working in our showroom (wholesale to retail owners not car sales) and when they played the "I'm just looking card" I mentioned we didn't charge for looking for at least the first 30 minutes. Usually it helped break the ice and release stress of a salesperson approaching.
