A new trend is emerging in the workplace called a "Love Contract". This type of agreement protects the employer from being sued when two employees are dating in the workplace and there will be no repercussions because of their relationship. A "Love Contract" can work if the employer has the contract reviewed by legal representation, an anti-harassment policy is put into place, and appropriate dating behavior is defined.
