Obby you said it all- you can make a sale with what you say, but you can make a career by what you do. That's what separates the pros from the joes.

Bobby, our business affords us the luxury to "cheat" bc through experiences and encounters with customers, we can add to our knowledge base-only if we seek to learn the answers. Every question I didn't know the answer to has come back to haunt me when selling. Thanks for your support brother-it means alot.
