Mr. iPad Junkie...are you using any in your dealership? If yes, how's it going? If no, why not?

Great tips to serve up a SOLD vehicle. The food analogy was very engaging yet I really appreciate many of the key points that FEW sales consultants capitalize on:

- Find out customer's REAL wants and needs - use a needs assessment. So many skip this step and then have trouble closing the deal since the vehicle isn't exactly right.

- Show customer video testimonials so that prospects get a great positive impression of why they should buy at your dealership. They help to get emotions going also.

- Get your customers engaged by providing stunning product presentations and engaging technology/test drive videos.

Use today's mobile technology for all the above to move from good to world-class. STAND OUT above all the others. Serve it up visually stunning with an iPad! Sorry about the self-promo plug, but everything you said, Marsh, is perfect for a sales presentation on an iPad to thoroughly engage, inform and entertain customers.
