Data, Data, Data!!! Rob is right yet again. Correct data in = Correct, relevent marketing to the consumer. I especially agree that conquest marketing is more expensive. I also choose to market to current customers to maximize retention. They are my best conquest advocates. BTW... Who is Michael Baker??
