Dead at Midnight... awesome way to lead by example Craig. The by- product of the "golden rule" is the platinum rule... treating others the way that "they" want to be treated. Og Mandino and the DISC would be such a deadly combination in today's world. Imagine if everyone did this in all phases of their life. Funny how the best tools never get old. Wouldn't you agree?

When we treat others they way we want to be treated, everyone wins. It's simple, to get respect you have to give respect. One of the most basic needs that we all share is to be recognized that as human beings we all matter.

Could you imagine the possiblities if more of us lived our life with the concept of treating people how we all expect to be treated, it is so easy when you put it into the real reality for some of "Dead by Midnight" it could happen to any of us. So thank you for reminding me of the importance of paying it forward and treating everyone with kindness and respect no matter how they treat us in return. Soften with kindess.

What a wonderful concept to be able to share with not only people we train but with everyone we meet. Thanks for sharing.
