Training veteran salespeople, why don't we do it daily? One reason I think ...
Thanks Shawn, amazing what can happen if you keep your people engaged, feel like they are "In on things"
Yes, this is very very common. Some great ideas here from you and your guys! I like the "keep it going" approach. You may just get he or she to make it happen right there and then!! Thanks
I agree Rod,if YOU don't hold this meeting, this meeting WILL take place out on the blacktop bringing a different result!
There you go Steve...that's what is possible if the culture of the dealership and leadership in the store allows and encourages it to take place....good for you,Sir!
Actually had a veteran saleman thank me the other day for a training tip from one of our weekly 'refresher' classes...no pressure, easy tempo discussion sessions that each time someone takes something of value w/them! Cool to have him acknowledge that we all can continue learning.
Must be daily communication between management and sales....improvement CAN take place!
I like meetings like this. I think that no matter what you sale you should always hold some kind of sales training like this daily. It can only help.
Thanks Marsh, and yes, don't stop the sale. Those really work, you ask for a salesperson's opinion.....and he or she will surely give it to you....lol
