Training veteran salespeople,why don't we do it daily? One reason I think ...

Actually had a veteran saleman thank me the other day for a training tip from one of our weekly 'refresher' classes...no pressure, easy tempo discussion sessions that each time someone takes something of value w/them!  Cool to have him acknowledge that we all can continue learning.

I like meetings like this. I think that no matter what you sale you should always hold some kind of sales training like this daily. It can only help.

I like to run meetings like this.. I call them jam sessions where we can all pkup some great tips from each other as well as deal with relevant issues they are facing
