A consumer brought in "food stamps" as proof of income to the F & I Dept.

I was pointing out to a customer that he had over 3 pages of collection accounts! He replied, I don't pay any attention to those and neither should the bank!
I said, Sir these are killing your credit score, he said never mind that, what's my interest rate? I said it is 29% he said that's ridiculous, I said so's your dam credit! Sign here and here! His response.. Ok, thanx for the loan, now how much will my late fee's be?
First payment default! And His son was a Finance Manager in another state and sent him to me!
