How many hours should the sales force be required to work?
Just got off the phone with a guy that said , I want coverage. His sales reps work four 12 hour days 8 hours on Saturday and have to come on there day off to deliver a car or if they have an appointment. Thats close to 60 hours. How many hours do you think a sales rep has to work to be effective?

The best sales people that sell 30 pluss actually work less time than others. The reason is they work when they are there and stick to a daily routine.
