Ian..  Great posts and I have one suggestion.  Please when doing video from the computer it is really important to look at the camera so you are talking to us and not the keyboard.  Just a suggestion.  I tell my dealers all the time that when doing this sort of video, and  they are sending a message via video email or just video, to make it pleasant to view or you will lose the viewer.
