This video stemmed from a question that I field all the time, "How do I connect with my customers on Facebook without them thinking I'm a stalker?"

I feel this process answers that question in such a way that you are getting permission from your customer and for a very valid reason, to tag them in a picture. Of course we don't want to stop there and should take the time to really get to our customers, on a personal level. Thank you for the kind words Rick!

Great David... All salespeople should see this and apply the laws. Great idea with other salespeople taking a picture of them with their customer. This being tagged and placed into social media is so right on! I never thought of that. With the post being seen by 125 people x every car they sell is a big billboard for them. Talk about selling your self!!!   Now, knowing your customer is one thing knowing their hobbies and sending them something related to their interests is real genius. NOW I will start doing this with dealerships.   Thanks David!

Awesome Craig! As you know, more so than anybody, it's important to train a new hire the correct way from the very beginning. If a green pea was taught from the get go the importance of follow up and how to influence word of mouth then everybody wins.
