I was born and raised in South Texas. My career has alway been in retail. I enjoy meeting new people and selling products I believe in. My husband (Randolph) introduced me to the automotive industry some years back and fell in love with the fast paced automotive industry. It's very challenging, but rewarding. My husband and I are a great team and our clients are impressed how well we work together. We strive on creating results.
I believe it's always a great idea to have a consultant team come into your dealership from time to time. Like Randolph told me once, you can be the best Fixed Ops Director out there, but after years go by you just don't see all the small easy changes that are right there in front of you. So, I have to agree and I'm always open to new ideas and changes.
My part in Bottomline Consulting Firm is coaching, role playing, and educating the importance of how to answer an incoming and outgoing phone calls (Sell On The Drive, Not On The Phone.) I'm also in charge of marketing and new training products we have available. Is Your Dealership Performing Service Walk-Arounds?

I personally can't imagine not performing a walk-around.  A walk-around is where I start building rapport with my customers and most of all start my upselling.  Also, when you have your customer join you in your walk-around it elimates policy claims on scratches and dents as well.


Results for me have been high CSI scores, 50% increase in sales (wipers, tires, recommended maintenances, filters, rotates, and most of all, building…
