I need a recommendation for F and I training

Hi Guys -

 

I have a 'green' finance person that I want to send away to receive some training in all aspects of F&I.  Can anyone recommend a company that will teach the fundamentals of Menu selling, etc.  I am located in the NW, so west coast would be preferable.

Stop and take a moment and think about that used car that just came in on trade...have you ever considered the 'trade-chain'. Have you ever looked at a total transaction package from the New car sale to the trade to the trade to the trade...and done the math!

No matter what we do as dealers, there is always one person that takes it upon himself to create a situation that I feel is a form of bulling - customers who threaten to 'Post, blog and Yelp' about their experience at a particular dealership until they get what they want no matter how unreasonable.

 

We are all very concerned about our ratings in one form or another and a ‘rouge’ customer can be very damaging.  We seem to have very little recourse in these events and…
