Laugh at ourselves and perhaps we will recognize the irony of it all... Step outside of the industry circle, and look at ourselves from the omnicient view of our prospective clients.... Scary!!!



Not too long ago, we hired a Used Car Manager who had been out of the circuit for about 10 years...left the car biz to open a sandwich shop...Well, first customer comes in that morning with a trade, uneven equity and all... You can only imagine... "You're upside down...The dealer down the road buried you...etc..." But I almost spit out my coffee when he came back to the showroom after "sharpening his pencil" and said... "I got my balls to the walls here!".... He was no longer employed by lunch time!!!!

Rosetta Stone doesn't offer "car-speak" as one of their languages to learn; fortunately we have the Old Car Dawg!  Enjoy and have a good weekend.
