Great advice Kyle! Solid cover for the rep if the prospect doesn't show up and, done in the manner you demonstrated, it's real reinforcement to up the odds the appointment will be kept. Noticed you singled out sales managers as the targeted recipients of this message, however most won't take this as seriously as they should. Regardless, this post is a genuine "cut above" most that have been recently featured here. (Love the suit!)

Confirmed appointments are a must by a manager and it helps dealers have a higher show ratio.
