Thank you, Nancy!  Could the decision to follow both the structure and operations of Professional Baseball (and other similar examples) completely flip a 20/80 current retention in our industry (20% retention is our world; 80% disperses elsewhere), to a 80/20?  When we honestly look at ourselves; when we honestly look at better examples; when we honestly look at why convergent marketing will change the world of business like nothing before over the next 2 to 3 years, is now the time to convert, or should we keep waiting and see what happens, playing that insanity game of expecting better results doing the same old same old?  If we just shut up and listen, customers are telling us to convert!

Bam!  Grand Slam....Out of the Park...Walk off Home Run!  Love your analogical thinking!  As an avid Red Sox Fan, I understand the importance of coaching!  Why do we omit this rank of management in our stores and still expect to make it to the play offs?  to the World Series? Seriously!

Most need to start thinking AND acting on this.  Customers just may become raving fans if we convert!
