Skip the trade walk around there is no way to mentally devalue it. If you missed the new vehicle walk around all you would be selling is price. Miss the trade and you just gave away $500 or more. Do not do either and you will not have any gross or turn a potential delivery into a shopper at another store.  GREAT VIDEO

Great chance to build rapport for sure. Having the customer with you during the trade appraisal/inspection is JUST as important as having them with you when you do your vehicle walk-around presentation.  In both cases you are establishing the value of a vehicle.  You wouldn't do a presentation on a car while the customer sat at your desk would you?
