Thank you Mr. James, for your informative, yet concise multi-step video process blueprint.  Now, please let me get right to my question.  How much projected time (hours) and effort (planning, direction and personnel) would you expect this to take?  I assume some of it could be "canned," like the message from upper management, but your implication it be made as personal as possible sounds like a pretty strong investment of work to bring a very likely unknown prospect in, especially if there's a strong possibility this same prospect understands "Internet price shopping."  The process is definitely viable, but compared to other prospecting methods, are its "complications" worth it?

(Steven, "People buy from people" is a mantra every rep should be guided by, but as to "responding to her email," she seems a lot more like a "greeter" than a rep, and as to the "biggest sale she's seen since she's been there," she looks and talks like her career is probably more like weeks than years.  But, I watched it and it was entertaining.)

Tim - You made THE critically important point. "People Buy From People". I have a video here from 2007. Just 5 seconds - but in that short time it transmits far more than words. Facial expression signals - energy - enthusiasm - sincerity. Would you respond to her email ?
