He's been saying this since I met him in 09. These thoughts have shot through the industry and
Fallen on many a deaf ear. Crying shame. Hesitation is the precursor to failure. Inactivity is a vicious cycle spurned by fear.don't be an ostrich and wait for the mass media illusion to end. Been rebounding since July 09 and the only limits are the ones you allow and place on yourself.

I hope Grant means that you don't have to answer questions with questions and that you don't have to do things that are distasteful to you.  What's his point?  I know that you can be successful by answering the questions and being honest.  I guess I don't get what this video is supposed to be saying.
