shouldn't the topic be "why do customers not by from you?". Customers DO buy cars, or they would not be customers, they would be shoppers!!  With all the "techniques" being discussed, the simple truth is, all you need to do is treat the customer like you would want to be treated.The reality is that these "customers" are no different fro you and I, they are just looking to be taken care of.
