I took those old-school classes when Mr Lockerd did the training by himself  --  and to this day - it stuck.

Yesterday I was working on some complex marketing tech and there weren't any floor salesmen left  ---  the owner asked me if I would step outside and "act like a salesman ?"  I told him "No problem !  Do you have a cigarette ?" He said, "You don't smoke". "I said I know but I am acting like a salesman".
