I was training at Midlands Honda for two weeks in Janusry. Brandon sold 31 cars his first month. What do you think he did to sell so many cars?

Nice Michael,

Honda is a great product, Brandon has all of my respect, He also received 32 positive reviews out of 48 requests sent. He even had the best comment of the month, from a person who didn't even buy a car form him. http://www.relyable.com/br andonbeck

Brandon will be Salesman Of The Year 2011.

I would say he posted great deals about Honda on all of his social networks.  I would also say he got some bones from above...probably did not hurt that he is selling Honda's either.
I am sure Brandon is the man.  I was merely brainstorming some of the things I could have used to get over the 25 mark when I was still on the floor.  Follow up and floor traffic were my main two sources of income when i did not have a paid lead source of my own.  The guys I knew in the business that were consistently doing 25+ deals a month had an edge.  They were either 20+ year car guys or had a relationship with a local credit union feeding them.  Any ONE sales person doing 20+ cars a month is doing a great job...especially today.  To do that in your first month, you have to have help.  I am not sure I could have gotten 31 cars out of my detail bay in a month.

Fran,

You know I was thinking, that nobody has mentioned what Brandon is doing for the Dealership and Sales team.

Other salespeople will want to compete and it raises the bar to a higher level for everyone.

Brandon leads by example and will dictate the pace of the Sales Crew!!!!

That's just what we do!

Good point Manny. This usually happens with our new kaid of trainind. A new leader shoots to the top and others will follow or go for the lead. The manager goes over the delivery board every day to see who is on track. The managers will help anyone who is behind. Thank you.
 Thank you Me Esposito.

There are qualities that can't always be taught in car salesman but it seems like you get the best out of those you work with. Great Job Fran!

Fran, you did a great job training and bringing out in this sales person a great performance. Congratulations! There is no substitution for a great trainer who understands how to inspire and motivate people.

Thanks Mr Salbine. I keep saying I don't think I did that much. This guy has good managers that keep it going. It's liks a race horse with speed. All a jock has to do is set on him and keep them out of trouble to win.

It's like when a trainer gets a good referral letter. The managers and sales staff should get the credit for doing the work and making changes. Yes I might of hlped but I won't forget who does the hard work every day. Thank you sir.

Was personable, believable, and did that little extra to get folks invested in his honesty.

When customer believe in what they're getting, then they buy it.

But either way, way to go Brandon!

Good point Katie. You are right about being honest and personable. I didn't think about that but Brandon has all of those qualites.  He is a natural. Thank you my friend.

That's great. Just goes to show that you get out what you put in, in this business.
Thank you Mr Salbine

Yes Mr Koeppen Brandon put a lot of work in to sell 31 cars his first month. He is an excellent worker. That puts him ahead of the rest. You can teach skills and techniques but to work all day is a task. Thank you.
