Self-Talk For Building Self-Confidence

We human beings talk to ourselves all day long. This is also known as "thinking." We keep up a running commentary about a multitude of things each day.If your self-talk tends to minimize or lower your self-confidence, right now you can choose to use better, higher, and wiser self-talk.Just being aware of what you are telling yourself about your self-confidence can be very beneficial. If you already say things that are positive and helpful, choose to keep the same pattern. You can even improve…See More

Make Room For Others

Posted on December 11, 2012 at 9:56am 0 Comments

An arrogant person demands that others behave in the manner he wishes. This frequently causes resentment, especially if others perceive his demands as arbitrary and unreasonable.

A person with humility gets along well with others because he is flexible and considerate of others. He will not push people around just for the sake of feeling power and authority. Being with him is a pleasurable experience.

Thanks for the honor of requesting me into your friends network. Possibly with the addition of friends such as yourself we can make a positive difference in the automotive environment through our desire to instill integrity.

Thanks Fred!
I started in finance when loans were tough! I learned early on how to make friends with underwriters and 'know" what they were looking for most. Garbage in---Garbage out! But, if you know your underwriters and know how to put a loan together with ALL supporting documentation and it MAKES SENSE...you can get through loans that others either can't or won't spend the time to do! Finance I know...cars....I can learn :-)

Hi Fred!
I am changing careers from over 15 years of home financing to auto financing. I never considered it [just] a sales position because it is always so much more than that.
I have always been the friend, and trusted advisor, that my customers could come to and rely on.
I have always built relationships and the sales followed.
The industry may be changing, but the customers basic needs really don't. They need someone knowlegable with whom they can trust!

I am taking a big leap of faith by changing careers, but I am hoping that I can bring everything I have learned into the automotive financing industry and grow with in this field.

Hi Fred,
I am a direct mail advertiser who has attempted to stress to dealers the importance to service after the sale unfortunately it seems most dealers think of service as a necessary evil. To think of service advertising as an expense and not an investment, as it is for sales, baffles me, do you have any insight?
