Ladies & Gentlemen,
My number one pet peave is when one does not deliver on a statement!
For example:
A salesperson tells you: "I'll check & get back to you"
Your boss tells you: " I'll let you know tomorrow"
Your friend tells you: "I'll call you"
Your confidant tells you: "consider it done!"
AND THEY DON'T DO AS THEY PROMISE!!!
Unfortunately, 90% of people will not deliver as promised!!!
Ladies & Gentleman, 90% of us, unfortunately, are of weak character (including myself at times).
The most important thing in life as salespeople, and more important- AS DECENT HUMAN BEINGS,
is to UNDER PROMISE AND OVER DELIVER!!!
Can anyone tell me, why is it so hard for us to promise less and deliver more?

I, after many years, now carry a pad with me and write things down, put them into my organizer and check it to make sure it gets done. When you deal with thousands of people each day, all considering themselves to be most important, opportunities get lost. Prioritize,Organize, and Empathize. Now, what was the question, again? :-)
