spot on Tony! Customers want to feel special, that's what sets a dealer apart from another. Many times the customers are looking to disqualify a dealer rather than do business now. I used to print out options grids like you and walk customers through service. After test drives, we had our consultants have the customer pull into service and I would walk towards the drive to introduce myself. What I miss most about being on the floor was the interaction and making new friends.
