Growing up it didn’t take long to understand life is going to be full of challenges. It’s interesting to note many of those challenges were brought on by myself, however, others just find their way into my life. No matter who you are or what you do I am confident you’ve had a similar experience with your life. What makes the difference is how you respond to the challenges you face. The worst thing anyone can do when facing a challenge is nothing. The concern never goes away and gains more and more control of your life. The quality of your existence dwindles into worry and despair. If you want to accomplish anything and overcome your issues you must face them head-on. Study alternative actions you can take and seek advice from the most knowledgeable people in their fields. Determine your best course of action and get moving. Don’t expect anything to be overcome easily. You will hit your share of obstacles and brick walls. The people who successfully overcome most challenges in life are so determined the obstacles are just an inconvenience that they will overcome. I will never forget the words of Zig Ziglar “Confidence is going after Moby Dick in a rowboat and taking the tartar sauce with you”. What whales are you facing in your life? Are you bold enough to grab a hold of your issues regardless of how big they seem and be determined to change that? If you are you have begun your journey into a success you may have only dreamt about.
