John Fuhrman - Og Mandino's Rule # 10 Dead at Midnight

"Beginning today, treat everyone you meet, friend or foe, loved one or stranger, as if they were going to be dead at midnight." What if we treated every customer, co-worker, and even stranger that way?

Marsh,

I strongly recommend his first book, "The Greatest Salesman In The World."  It's only 111 pages and it will change your life.  Look at it as your responsibility to change the perception of the auto proffession, one customer at a time.  Check out this week's blog - "Choose Amazing."

Thanks for the kind words.

John, I never have read any of Og's book, but I will now. Thank you for your post- treating customers with "no strings" attached is a great philosophy. Although it is very tough and never truly mastered, I think when you think each day, each customer with the thought of them being dead at midnight, you will be more focused on their needs and helping them with "their final requests." Thank you for posting.
