Actually, Craig, I was the "5th" of a foursome, yet I played every week. Would you have known the other 3: Jack MacKensie, Jimmy Stumpf and Lennie Siegel; all wonderful Ford Dealers. I'm dating myself, but we were playing tennis together in the later part of the 70's/early 1980/81! I'm still very young! Only they got old!

This franchised dealership business world we all love so much is left with no choice but to finally convert from a What's-In-It-For-Me world view to a very transparent What's-In-It-For-THEM business model. What all of us must practice in helping dealerships through this conversion is: "Giving as much as possible, for as little as possible, to as many as possible!" Agree?
