you are right, we have to make our attitudes rub off on them.. I wake up everyday happy to be going to work. I can not imagine doing anything else. and my people see that and it helps them be more positive.

for me its about being sharp. i like being "with it". i believe you can coach and develop optimism in those around you. it requires a great deal of credibility though. attitudes are contagious is your worth catching?
