When you first arrive at a dealership, treat the contact person just like you would a fresh up on the lot. In other words, DEVELOP A RELATIONSHIP with that person. When you establish that relationship and trust factor with that dealer, he will want you back and give you referrals.

Ralph that could be the most important first day for sure! If that relationship is good all else can and will go better! Ralph Rasmuson said:

You will need to have the same fire and energy that you had when you first interviewed with Craig and Ernie on the phone...you will need to be convinced about the appeall of this business if you want your new reruits to have the same fire...
Glenn said it best...you are going to change lives on a daily basis...
Practice what you preach, don't be afraid to take an up or make a phone call, your student will respect you for it.

..David that is key...most trainers are great at concept and not so great in the real world...a REAL TRAINER can roll up their sleaves and make it happen!
