Yes....open to change,that's what our industry needs to be about,things change at a rapid pace,what worked yesterday may not work today......on the other hand change just to change isn't good either....it's so cool to have dealers really look at their business's and make the commitment in their people!

Great job Ernie....It is a rare situation and it does pump us up when we meet the special dealer who not only talks the talk...but he/she "walks" it as well!!!!
