To be sure those are unwelcome words for anyone involved within a dealership to hear.  Proper training replaces those words with words worthy of praise.  Sally, along with leading industry professionals will share knowledge and provide everyone in attendance immediately useful skills and processes for each segment of your dealership.

I always have believed that sales sells the first car and the service department sells the rest! Proper treatment of these service people determines future sales. I won't miss Sally's workshop!
