Garrett thanks so much for your support!

@Nancy you are soooo right! There is no better "mousetrap" in our biz. It's simple by design yet so hard to execute bc of our emotions. Keep it simple, manage the emotions, the results will ensue. Thanks Nancy for your input ;)

This is awesome Marsh...When I entered the business many moons ago, everyone was written up... What happened along the line?  Managers got paranoid over closing penetration? If we didn't have the vehicle, we would write it up and send them out on an ADP "Pink Sheet" (tm)... It was a locate sheet...customer then felt committed...we were going to work hard for them to find that vehicle (new or used), plus what does that salesperson have to do that is more important than the person sitting in front of them?  Great share!  Thought I loved your blogs?  Love your videos even more!  I'll see YOU on the black top!

Very good Marsh, it really is amazing its so basic and still guys don't bother. Recently I spoke with a colleagues customer who came back to buy a car, the lady wanted to give her salesman the deposit, probably thought I might take the sale if I got the deposit, so we agreed I would get my colleague to call her on his return. When I gave him the message he told me he had not got her number!!! I gave him the number.

Thanks David for your comment and support! We get mixed results when we rely on our intuition.

Good video Marsh! This has been one of my pet peeves for years. If sales people ( and managers ) recognized how much business they are missing by being selective, it would shock and disappoint them. Keep up the good work!
