I use this term alot with my managers and salespeople...I have this on my wall in my office! I use this as a way to remind the guys that each and every person on our team has to want to be the absolute best at thier craft! As managers we have this desire to coach things like Negotiating, or closing, or product knowledge...Now i am all about making sure these tools are covered! I have trained this for years to salespeople new in the business as well as veterans and it is a great tool to bypass objections and help when a Manager or fellow salesperson takes a tun on a customer. Vince Lombardi was put in charge of turning around the Green Bay Packers, he started by leading, inspiring and motivating his players.
