If we could just get more people to realize the best way to increase sales and profits is by developing their people. Using positive reinforcement and not criticism, belittling mistakes instead of being critical, and understand the sales person is going to perform only as good as their self image dictates will benefit everyone from customers, managers, and dealer principles.
