i wish i could put into words of that special feeling you get
from teaching an automax class. I can't explain the feeling
that i get as i watch each student start and grow and the the high
is when they call you and tell you their story of success.
there success its not just them but their families. to experience
this toal happiness everyday from a different student is mind blowing
I WISH I COULD EXPLAIN IT--YOU HAVE TO EXPERINCE
IT TO KNOW WHATS ITS LIKE

Maybe a little bit like teaching your kids to ride a bike for the first time and when they get the hang of it the smile it brings to both peoples faces?
I took six people off of unemployment Friday ... They start new lives on Monday.  Yes, we change people's lives !
Great stuff Abe!

Those involved with recruiting companies, such as AutoMax have to smile each week when they look at the big picture, improving the state of  the economy right down to the individual lives affected and livelihoods changed for the better!  The people who choose training as a profession are typically doing just that because of their passion and conviction to truly help others!

Nice post, Joe...Right from the heart!!!!

yep,it's not JUST sales Training!

yes that part is rewarding, although i thik it goes deeper than that. a chinese philosopher wrote

about throwing a pebble into a pond and observing the ripples as they radiate from the center.

in febuary i graduate 53 students and have observed the positive impact they have had for my

clients......automax.....my career.....and the retail auto industry as a whole......big pond my friends.

Being of service to others, agreed nothing better!

Very nice share Joseph....

It is very rewarding when you go back to a dealer and see the face of the people you trained 3, 4 months ago, people that were unemployed, never sold a car before, smiling again, their life back on track. I can say to myself, I did something good, I positively change someone's life.
Nice post Joe, keep up the Great Work!!
Nothing pleases me more than seeing right before my eyes the transformation of an unemployed low spirited often with low self esteme person into a sales professional, not just having a new job but the chance at a GREAT CAREER they have often dreamed of. We all know they still have oh so much to learn but just by looking into their eyes the glimmer of hope, self respect and pride does so much for my soul than can be measured in dollars.
Where as our success's make all of us feel great about what we do, the creating of successful sales people and giving them the opportunity to achieve a great future for themselves and their family. Often my most rewarding moments come from my "failures", those graduates who were not taken by the dealer.  It's the comments of these people, that I have given them positive life lessons and the desire to be more than what they thought they could be, that are some of my best memories, Our success is not just creating salespeople, it's recreating better people.
Thank you sir
