Challenge Your Boss!!! Right Now!!!

Problematic Economy!!! No Jobs. Unemployment. For who? if 90 percent of Americans are working, what is the problem? We would take 90 percent odds in almost anything in life, right!!! We need to change the culture in the work place, point blank, period!!! What does that mean? Start with yourself. What are you bringing to the work place every day? Are you bringing, your A Game?

Are you putting out 100%? Is your energy level awesome? You want more? Bring more to the party!!

Fact: if you are the superstar, everyone around you benefits. A team, is that. Team work, that produces Grade A results!! Get it. Not a bunch of A players, to win. It doesn’t work out. Just ask the Phillies, Yankees and the Red Sox. Highest payrolls, home watching the playoffs.

The Challenge: If you are working for a company, How would you run it, if you were in the driver’s seat, of the money making machine that you work for? If everything is great, you love it!! That’s even better, how can you buy it? If your boss says it isn’t for sale, no problem!!! How do you get your boss and teammates to buy into your ideas? If they already do, even better!!! How can you challenge the company to raise the production? How can a formula, be put together for all to make a huge difference, and be paid, a huuuggge reward!!!!!

This is the type of thinking and action planning, required, to generate a difference in the work environment!! Do not hesitate, get with your teammates and challenge yourselves to the task together!!!!

Most importantly, challenge your boss right now!!

Dealerships are multi-million dollar operations with at least 4 businesses that always have opportunities for improvement. Challenging everyone to be the best will have huge payoffs.
