The Seven Culture Killers

There are certain behaviors that, if practiced by the leader or permitted to exist in the office by the leader, will absolutely kill office morale and make our business a miserable place to work. They are behaviors so destructive that, if allowed to take root, will run off the talented individuals you need on your team. These culture killers are:

Hi Chris,

I just stopped by to say that I am very grateful that you featured, promoted and joined my group:  Understanding Craigslist.  The group is new and there is not much content there yet.  I am sure there will be several people who will join in as soon as discussions begin to come in.  Having you be a part of it will be crucial as you are one of the greatest promoters that I have ever come in contact with.  Your style of communicating is relaxed and down to earth and I feel like I've known you for years when I watch your video progress and events that you cover the dealerELITE.

Please visit often.  I hope to make you proud with the content and helpful dialog that will be engaging our dealerELITE members.

Special thanks to Tom Kain and AutoDealerTarget.

Chris,

I really want to thank you for the meeting last week in Melbourne @ Kelly Ford.

I have paid good money for other seminars not quite as 1 on 1, nor as great as your was.

Thanks
