Attitude , Goals and working your plan are the key ingrediences to success.

Attitude alone doesn't mean any thing except you have a good attitude. Goals are needed for sure and coupled with attitude still doesn't make you successful. It's not until you put a daily plan or daily routine with a good attitude and personal goals will you be on the road to success.                                                                                                        It is difficult to have a bad attitude when you are hitting your goals. You will hit your goals more times when you have a plan of attack each day. The only thing is to work your plan every day. One of the secrets of success is to remember, your friends at work are your enemy to success. Stay away from the crowds and stick to your plan every day.                   I teach don't do anything if you don't see the benefit to you.  Once you see the benefits of your work spend more time on  doing things that benefit you the most.  Attitude , goals and work your plan to be successful.

Fran, I was one of the very blessed ones to meet you and talk to about selling Iron. And after talking to you I learned so much that I could of used when I sold cars. Attitude, Goals, and working your plan are important. But if your NOT trained by someone that will show you how to sell from A to Z . And how to prospect and follow up with a COLORING BOOK like you showed me. The new Brain Surgeons are gona have a long long 90 days of asking themselves, What I am doing wrong?

So true Rick. I really believe the more you know and the more you do keeps a smile on your face because of the results. I love being around positive people with a good attitude and so does other people. Thanks.

Right on Fran. I have seen people go to work with a bad attitude, it seems to transmit all those bad vibes to everyone around them. That makes a bad day for everyone and the store as well. Now on the other hand someone going to work in a really good mood that also puts a smile on every ones face!!

You are a goal guy Bobby and a heck of a good man. I never met you but I can tell by the way to talk to others. Selling is the same way to me. Thanks my friend.

Thanks Noel good point about the family and dealer.  I was in it for me. I knew by me working I would take care of the dealer and family. The average sales rep goes on a 6 mile demo , makes less than 10 calls a day, does less than 10 mailers a day and has business cards and sends out Birthday cards that the dealer provides. So I just did more than the others and never missed the steps of a sale. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure this out. The difference is attitude, goals and working a plan feed off of each other. Keep doing this and it gets better every day.

Fran, right again, do what works the same way everytime to get the results that benifit you, your family and your employer.

I just love your comment Mr Johannson. To me it was real hard not to have a great positive attitude. By doing the little things every day produces a sale a day. It was hard to be negative when things start to work out for the better. THANKS AND BEST OF LUCK TO YOU.
