Adding QR codes to your Photos for 3rd party sites

I started doing Internet sales in 1997 and since then I have always tried to

stay ahead of the next dealership, doing things that no other dealer is doing.

So one of my biggest challenge that I never got resolved, until now, was to find

a way to include a hyper link into my listings on Autotrader and Cars.com to

Sales Managers?

Back in the day when a sales person brought an incomplete offer to the desk, I would just get up, and sit down with the prospect and finish getting the complete offer. Teaching and Training at the same time.

What is a Trade worth

Most managers think a trade has just a dollar amount.
Letting a trade go is worse than bad word of mouth.
What do u lose: 1. the new sale,2. the trade.3. the plate advertising
and the word of mouth. 4. the trade sells and u get another trade.
Do I need to go on...... Min 2 customer possibly 4 plus........
So make every opportunity not to miss a trade, it's not the car you are losing; It's the branch on the trunk of the tree.

When you first get that customer’s information and they are unable to make a commitment at that time what is a realistic timeframe to keep trying to contact that customer. Most ”experts” will say 120-180 days, but in today’s faster moving decision process for the customer do you really think they are still in the market? I would have to say “No”, please keep in mind that this is my opinion. The first 1-24 hours is the most important. If you can respond to someone as they are…

The Technology Twister

When someone is given the task of starting up an e-commerce business for an automobile dealership they are bombarded with what to do and what not to do. It can be so discombobulating that your head will literally start spinning. Let's start with wondering which vendors to use when it comes to things like your website, data feed management, and the where to and which places to effectively market your inventory.
