I've been in the Automobile Business now for 21 years. During this time I have no idea how many training classes and seminars I've been too. I do know one thing for sure. I've never been to any training event that I learned more from than Internet Battle Plan VIII. Thank you Jim Ziegler!

In the beginning, there were only customers, and all were good.
You expected to sell about one out of four customers, and sometimes you even sold one out of three.
